We stayed with them because of hurricane Ian. The staff was exceptional handling so many people under extreme circumstances. They took wonderful care of us and breakfast was excellent which was surprising because everywhere was closed and getting supplies and staff onsite challenging. There was one staff member that went out of her way to check on my father a couple times. I also saw her checking on other guests and going out of her way to help a family that didn't speak english. We were very grateful for the friendliness and professionalism of this hotel staff.

The room I had this time had a larger bathroom (thank you lol), also the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel amazing, pressure was great, bed was super comfortable. Experienced the breakfast, eggs and the biscuit & gravy was great. I am definitely a fan of the coffee and I like its available all the time. Front desk team was nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back. Thanks for another great stay!

I loved the pastoral view out of our window. It was such a nice change from the concrete views of Orlando and the freeways. I also appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, the good breakfast with many choices, and the easy access to the ice maker and the entrance. I didn't know if Lake Wales was far enough away from Disneyland to be more rural and natural, and it was.

I liked that it's easy access. The staff from the greetings from check in was outstanding. I traveled and was tired.check in time was around 3pm. The front desk had a room available and I received a early check in. Breakfast bar was really good with an array of choices. Thanks to the housekeeper that helped me with my key card.

Breakfast was good, they have a mini 4 waffle maker and 2 choices of the mix, I chose the pumpkin spice which was super good. The room was great, I kind of wish it had more lighting, but it wasn't a deal breaker, fast WIFI, great staff, good location. This time I had a huge bathroom/shower which was nice. Ill def be back.
